CLS will coordinate WP6 - dynamics of ecosystem state and resources, and is in charge of modelling mesopelagic functional groups and key pelagic species such as Atlantic albacore tuna and mackerel (Task 6.1 and 6.2). The model will provide boundary conditions for regional models in task 6.3. CLS will also contribute to pelagic mapping: ecosystem, resources and pressures (WP3), and societal engagement & communication (WP9).
